Mark De Guzman and St. Benilde should be thankful for Arellano's Jerald Lapuz' missed free throws down the stretch as the Blazers escaped with a 71-69 victory over the Chiefs on Friday in the 86th NCAA men's basketball tournament at The Arena in San Juan City.
